to report on the outer loop in virginia. as you commute to the outer loop, this is the beltway at route 1 at college park, the inner loop very slow as you continue around toward the ikea and the bw parkway into the sun. the outer loop of the become slowing from the -- beltway slowing from georgia avenue. on this top stretch, the lanes are open. a big car fire, still smoking with the black smoke still coming up. outer loop of the beltway at robinson terminal before you commit to springfield inter change, that's where the two right lanes are closed due to the fire and look for braddock headed toward the exit for 95 south. this is the inner loop and this is rubbernecking, slow from the springfield interchange toward 66. on the inner loop everything is open. again it is the outer loop, right side of the road blocked with the car fire. still seeing black smoke which means this thing is still on fire. two right lanes are blocked. delays from braddock toward the springfield interchange. this is a check of your fox 5 on-time traffic. >>> making -- making headlines, the potomac river is cleaner to
